Submission of Application for an Unabridged Birth certificate:
We offer to save you time, energy and effort by applying at a local branch of home affairs for your Unabridged Birth Certificate on your behalf. We will have this application moderated at head office and authorisation to print the Unabridged Birth certificate sent to the branch, from where we will collect it.
Complete the DHA 154 application form and the Power of attorney forms in full, scan them and send them back to us at dean@immigrationassist.co.za
The certificate can be collected from our offices in person, or by your courier. We can also have the documents couriered to you and will get a price from our couriers when supplied with a return address.

What is an Unabridged Birth certificate
An unabridged birth certificate is a computer generated print out of a full birth certificate issued at the department of Home Affairs. It is printed on specialist watermarked paper, signed and stamped by a designated officer of Home Affairs. The Unabridged Birth certificate contains the holders full names, ID numbers, place and date of birth as well as this information for both the holders Mother and Father.
